The team at myFitness Waterloo works hard to help members achieve their fitness and wellness goals. All training programs are designed and delivered by Certified Personal Trainers and are fully customized to meet our members’ individual needs and goals.

For members who are looking for increased results, are working towards a specific goal, or just want the extra push during their workouts, myFitness Waterloo certified and knowledgeable personal trainers provide top notch one on one and small group training in convenient 30 minute sessions at an extremely competitive price.

Training Packages

One on One Personal Training Packages

5 sessions for $150 = $30 a session
10 sessions for $250 = $25 a session
20 sessions for $430 = $21.50 a session
40 sessions for $800 = $20 a session

Small Group Training Packages (6 sessions)

2 person group = $109/person
3 person group = $99/person
4 person group = $89/person

In addition to offering Personal Training, it is important to us that we give everyone the opportunity to have a complimentary assessment with one of our Personal Trainers.  We go through a few basic movement patterns and offer 1 annual program to all members.  Your initial assessment can include measurements, body fat and weight if desired.  To schedule your complimentary assessment, please email Isabella, idegrano@myfitnesswaterloo.ca
