myFitness Virtual is FREE for all Sun Life employees no matter where you are!
Aligned with Sun Life’s Purpose, there are three pillars of employee health: physical, mental, and financial wellness. At myFitness, we are here to help you with your PHYSICAL HEALTH. We are Certified Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, and Fitness Instructors who bring to you motivation, inspirational and educational fitness content, classes, and resources! We offer a variety virtual classes and programs to keep you moving and healthy.
We are thrilled to share that all of our virtual programming is free for ALL SUN LIFE Employees. Sun Life understands the importance of your mental, physical and total well being and they are continuing to offer our programs at no cost.
What’s included? DAILY free fitness classes & stretch breaks, access to all previously recorded myFitness content, AND additional programs ON DEMAND, services and challenges that all happen through our portal.

Interim Virtual Services Program Manager
Kim is also a community sport NCCP certified coach and as a result has coached a large number of individuals and groups ranging from children’s sports groups to adults and seniors. She wants to help people to continue to do the things that they love – whether it’s to play a sport or to perform an active daily living task pain free such as lifting bags of groceries.
Kim’s classes at myFitness are Lower & Upper Body Burn, Tabata, HIIT the Weights, Restore, Cardio Boxing, Full Body 45 and stretch breaks.

Amanda has been the myFitness manager since April 2019. Amanda is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Amanda studied biological science and nutrition and nutraceutical science at the University of Guelph. She is also a certified Zumba, K1 Kickboxing, Pilates, and Strong Nation instructor.
Amanda teaches many classes and leads challenges for myFitness. She is high energy but loves to focus on making fitness, movement and nutrition accessible for everyone. Her focus is on movement for total body wellness.
